1. Overview

AppLabx ("we", "us", or "our") wants every Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) engagement to deliver measurable value. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which you can request a refund for a paid AppLabx GEO plan, how refunds are processed, and how to contact us if you are not satisfied.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you purchase a monthly or 6-month AppLabx GEO plan directly through our website and you are not satisfied with the service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase date. The guarantee applies to first-time purchases only and covers the amount actually charged to your original payment method.

To request a refund under the 14-day money-back guarantee, email hello@applabx.com from the address associated with your purchase and include "Refund request" in the subject line.

3. Yearly Plans

Yearly subscriptions may be cancelled within 14 calendar days of the initial purchase for a full refund. After the 14-day window, yearly plans are non-refundable, but you may cancel future auto-renewals at any time. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle but does not retroactively refund the current paid term.

4. Services Already Delivered

Where AppLabx has already delivered paid services (for example, an audit report, structured-data implementation, or strategy workshop) before a refund request, AppLabx may deduct a reasonable amount proportionate to the services delivered before issuing the refund. The deducted amount is calculated based on the percentage of the engagement completed.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel a monthly or 6-month subscription at any time from your Stripe customer portal or by emailing hello@applabx.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term. AppLabx does not pro-rate partial months for monthly plans once the 14-day window has passed.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not refundable:

  • One-time setup or onboarding fees that have already been delivered.
  • Custom research, bespoke reports, or consulting work that has been completed.
  • Affiliate referral commissions (see the Affiliate Program terms for the reverse scenario — affiliate commissions are not refundable to the referring affiliate if the underlying client is refunded).
  • Add-on services purchased separately from a subscription plan.

7. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at hello@applabx.com before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly. Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of your account and recovery of any associated fees.

8. Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Bank processing times may vary depending on your card issuer. AppLabx will email a refund confirmation when the refund is initiated.

9. Currency and Taxes

All prices on this site are in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT, if applicable, is calculated at checkout based on your billing address and is included in the amount charged. Refunds will be issued in the same currency and for the same amount as the original charge, including any applicable taxes that were collected.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Material changes apply only to purchases made after the change is posted; purchases made before the change are governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
