By accessing our website or engaging AppLabx GEO services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
AppLabx provides Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) services including AI retrievability audits, structured data implementation, prompt visibility mapping, trust signal calibration, content optimisation, and reporting. Service specifics are outlined in the applicable plan description and any executed service agreement.
GEO service plans are offered on a monthly subscription basis with a recommended minimum engagement of 6 months. Billing is processed monthly in advance via Stripe. By subscribing to a plan, you authorise AppLabx to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
No setup fees apply to Essential and Accelerator plans. Pinnacle onboarding workshops are included in the Pinnacle plan price. All prices are listed in USD and subject to change with 30 days' notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time with written notice. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months of service. For annual commitments, refunds are not available after 14 days from the initial purchase date.
Clients are responsible for providing access to necessary assets (website, CMS, analytics), timely review and approval of deliverables, and accurate business information. Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines without liability to AppLabx.
Content, strategies, reports, and deliverables created by AppLabx remain the property of AppLabx until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client. AppLabx retains the right to reference the engagement for portfolio and case study purposes unless expressly prohibited in writing.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement for a period of 3 years.
AppLabx will make reasonable efforts to improve AI visibility metrics as described in the relevant plan. However, we do not guarantee specific citation rates, positions, or AI engine appearances, as these are influenced by factors outside our direct control including AI model algorithm changes and third-party platform policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppLabx's total liability for any claim arising from the services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through mutually agreed arbitration.
AppLabx reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated 30 days in advance. Continued use of services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
